My whole purpose for a three-hour road trip through God’s country was to visit The Potter County Pub, and it was worth every mile. I was amazed to see how many people gathered in such a quiet, remote area to enjoy a meal together. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the rustic theme perfectly reflects the character of the region. The service was excellent, with a waitress who clearly enjoyed providing warm, genuine hospitality. From appetizers and meaty soup to the main course and dessert, every dish exceeded my expectations with both flavor and presentation. I’ll definitely be back, not only to try more from the menu, but also to spend time with the welcoming locals who make this place special.

Spent long weekend with oldest son near Austin and it was great. Potter County Pub was a great place to relax into a juicy burger and fries after a long day of exploring the mountains and backwoods. Staff super friendly and attentive

A dive bar with to die for food! It does not look like much from the outside and you might miss it just passing through but it is certainly worth the stop! The waitress working Sunday (dark hair and a flower tattoo on her right arm) was an absolute peach! We mentioned the food being incredibly delicious and she said the cook was new. We asked her to give our compliments to him because, wow!!! Best burgers in the county! I recommend the "giddy up" with BBQ on the side.

I had the prime rib special on Saturday. BEST prime rib on I've had so far. Plenty large enough and just the right amount of flavor. On Sunday's they make prime rib sandwiches with cheese. The brick oven pizza is worthy of a try. Even the burgers are grilled the way you'd like it. Check out the drink specials when you drop by.
